How we handle the information you share with Blondu Service. Updated 23 October 2026.

Who handles your information

BLONDU SERVICE LTD, company number 17513567, at 31 The Woodlands High Road, London N12 0DU, is responsible for the customer information it uses. Contact info@blonduservice.co.uk or call 07400 650197 with a privacy question. If your email does not reach us, use blonduservice@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

The booking form asks for your name, phone number, service and, optionally, email address, vehicle registration, preferred day and a message. We use this information to answer your enquiry, arrange the work you ask for and keep the records needed for that work. Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

Responding to a request for a quote or booking is a step towards a contract at your request. We also have legitimate interests in running the website, preventing misuse and dealing with enquiries. Where tax, accounting or other law requires records, we process them to meet that obligation.

Services involved

Netlify hosts this website and processes website booking-form submissions. Its hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. Enquiry email is handled through the business Gmail address. Messages sent to our domain aliases are forwarded by Namecheap when forwarding is active.

Calling, choosing WhatsApp, opening a payment link or loading Google Maps brings the relevant service into your interaction. Those services handle information under their own privacy notices. An external map is not loaded until you choose it. We do not collect card details on this website.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Their privacy information explains the locations, safeguards and applicable rights: Netlify, Google, Namecheap and WhatsApp. A payment provider is identified on its checkout before you pay.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with the request, any resulting work and related questions or disputes. Invoice and transaction records may need to be kept for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask which retention period applies to your information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion, restriction or a portable copy where the relevant right applies. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances and legal record-keeping duties. Contact us using the details above.

You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. See our cookie and storage information for website preferences.
