Before you pay
- Check the invoice number, business name, amount and currency.
- Use the provider’s own checkout or the method agreed with us.
- Keep your receipt and payment reference.
- Do not send card details by email, WhatsApp or the booking form.
Receipts and payment status
The payment provider’s receipt and transaction records determine payment status. Returning to a website page is not proof of payment. If a payment appears pending or you are unsure, contact us before paying again.
