- Relevant photographs or documents, with unnecessary personal information removed.
Please do not email card details, passwords or identity documents. If the concern relates to vehicle safety, explain that when you call and seek appropriate assistance before driving.
What happens next
We review the concern against the agreed work and records, contact you if more information is needed, and discuss a response. Ask us for an update if you have not heard back. Keep copies of your correspondence and receipts.
